Kindergarten Graduation

My little girl is now officially done with kindergarten.  Wow, this year has flown by!  We had such a fun day celebrating with her.  Paul took a half day off work and even his mom came to enjoy the day with Haley.  Her class put on a really cute little program where they sang songs about school and summer and saying goodbye.  It was so sweet and we were so proud of her.  She knew every word and every action.  She’s had such a great year and, thanks to a fantastic teacher, has come so far.  She’s really come out of her shell this year and she’s also reading and writing above her grade level…smart little cookie!  Here are a couple pics of her program:

Haley loves her teacher, Mrs. Toni, and wants to have her for first grade too!  She is the PERFECT kindergarten teacher…sweet, fun enthusiastic, and loving!  We couldn’t ask for more!

She also had a great assistant, Mrs. Loesch

And, when Mrs. Toni had her baby, Haley had another teacher she really loved, Mrs. Flanagan

We feel so blessed.  She really had such a great year.  She says her favorite “special” was art and her favorite “center” was the art center.  She is my little artist and she even had one of her paintings put in an art show a while back.

We’re so proud of you Haley!

After the program, Paul had to head back to work, but the rest of us went and picked up some food at Zaxby’s (Haley’s favorite) and headed out to Sunni Sky’s for ice cream.  Good choice, Haley.

100_3940 I think every picture I have of Luke lately, he’s in the stroller.  I guess if he wasn’t, I would be chasing him instead of taking pictures:)

Enjoying the ice cream:

(Maybe in first grade they teach you how to sit in a skirt ;)

Congratulations my sweet girl!
